We recommend selecting our standard 'Gift Size' of approximately 21cm, which includes a re-sizing tool. Detailed instructions for re-sizing are available here.
Important Note:
Please be aware that only the 'Gift Size' option and custom sizes come with a sizing tool. If you need a sizing tool or are uncertain of the size, we recommend adding the 'Optional Extra Sizing tool' to your order. Bracelets larger than 21cm are considered custom sizes and may incur an additional charge, they will include a sizing tool from the 31st of October 2023.
Certain bracelets are only offered in 2cm increments due to the approximate 2cm length of the links, and their sizes cannot be adjusted. If you require a size larger or smaller than those listed for other designs, please contact us directly.

Each bracelet is hand-assembled, which might lead to minor variations in length. Sizes may slightly differ by a few millimetres. If in doubt, consider opting for a slightly larger size and adding a sizing tool to your order for a customised fit

Free shipping on all orders in the Republic of Ireland.
Usually dispatched in 1-3 working days. We use An Post for all deliveries. An Post usually deliver in 1-3 working days within Ireland. A tracking number will be sent to you for all orders over €45.

- Standard Tracked Shipping with An Post: Available for all orders over €45.
- UPS Courier Service: Recommended especially for UK customers due to recent unreliability in UK postal services, and available for international orders. Please note that we may choose a different courier if they offer better delivery times for you.
Please be aware of the following last posting dates for 2025:
Ireland
- 📦 Standard Shipping Deadline: Order by 11:00 AM on December 22nd (Irish Standard Time). - PLEASE Note that An Post are working as hard as they can to get items delivered on time but they recommend posting by the 16th of December. We will continue to process orders until the 23rd of December but cannot guarantee they will reach you on time
- 🚚 Courier: For this Christmas we will be offering a Courier service. Order by 9:00 AM on December 22nd (Irish Standard Time).
Northern Ireland
- 📦 Standard Shipping Deadline: Order by 2:00 PM on December 19th.PLEASE Note that An Post and Royal Mail are working as hard as they can to get items delivered on time but they recommend posting by the 16th of December. We will continue to process orders until the 23rd of December but cannot guarantee they will reach you on time
- 🚚 Courier: Order by 9:00 AM on December 19th (Irish Standard Time).
United Kingdom
- 🚚 Standard Post and UPS Courier: Order by 10:00 AM on December 18th. PLEASE Note that An Post and Royal Mail are working as hard as they can to get items delivered on time but we highly recommend using a Courier at this time of the year for UK orders.
Rest of Europe
- 📦 Standard Shipping Deadline: Order by 2:00 PM on December 12th.
USA, Canada and Rest of the World
- 📦 Standard Shipping Deadline: Order by 6:00 AM on December 4th (Central Standard Time).
- 🚚 Courier Shipping Deadline: Order by Midnight on December 16th (CST).
Important Notes
- UPS Delivery Schedule: UPS does not deliver on December 24th and 25th. After December 20th, only express services will be delivering, but we use regular services unless expressly stated and arranged in advance. Please note that we may choose a different courier if they offer better delivery times for you.
- Transit Times: Courier services typically take 4-5 working days to arrive; however, please allow longer during busy holiday periods. Note that remote areas and Islands take longer.
- Additional Transit Time: From November 20, 2025, until January 12, 2026, deliveries sent with Courier Standard may require extra days in transit than those mentioned at checkout.
- Delivery Assurance: While we strive to ensure your package is delivered on time, once it leaves our premises, the delivery process is out of our control. During the holiday season, postal services experience a high volume of shipments. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
- Shop Early: To avoid disappointment, we strongly encourage our customers to place their orders early.
