Your use of this website and any sub-domain of this Website is subject to our terms and conditions of use set out below and any other rules or policies that may be published on this Website. By using this Website you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.
If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, you should stop using the Website immediately. If you do not read our terms and conditions of use, you should not use this Website. These terms and conditions represent the entire understanding and agreement between you and Magnetic Mobility relating to use of this Website, and supersede any and all prior statements, understandings or agreements whether oral or written, and shall not be modified except in writing, signed by you and by Magnetic Mobility.
These terms and conditions apply only to this Website. It does not extend to any websites that can be accessed from this Website including, but not limited to, any links we may provide to social media websites. This Website is for use by people who are 18 years and over only.
Pricing
The price listed on the Website (the "Price") for Magnetic Mobility products and products of 3rd party manufacturers (the "Products") will be as stipulated at the time when you place your order on the Website. We are entitled to make adjustments to the Price to take account of any increase in our supplier’s prices, or the imposition of any new taxes or duties.
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices that appear on Website are accurate errors can occur. We will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it and providing a refund of monies paid.
Making a Purchase Online
Making a purchase couldn’t be easier! Browse our range of products in our online store and click 'add to basket'. You can check the products you've added to your basket at any time by clicking on the basket icon at the top of the page. Creating an account is beneficial to you as you will be able to save your billing and delivery details for quicker shopping next time. The full Price and delivery charges will be displayed before you confirm final payment. Once you have clicked on the [proceed to checkout; order with obligation to pay] button, you have made a binding offer to purchase Products.
We offer one secure payment system through paypal and Shopify Payments. All credit card transactions are processed through PayPal or Shopify’s secure platform to ensure safety for your cards and our transactions.
You shall then receive an acknowledgement of receipt of your order by email with a summary of the details of your order. This acknowledgement of receipt does not constitute acceptance by us of your order. Your offer is deemed to be accepted by us, upon those Products being delivered to you as detailed in the dispatch confirmation email or phonecall. Ownership of the Products will only pass to you when we have received full payment.
International Sales
Please note that all international sales, i.e., sales outside of Ireland, are considered final. Magnetic Mobility does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for international orders, except at our discretion.
Customers are responsible for all associated customs charges and import fees. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the customer's responsibility and will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to making a purchase.

Use and Security
You are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your Account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use or any breach of security. Orders
We aim to have orders processed within 3 working days and where an item is not in stock our staff will contact you to provide an estimated dispatch date. We know that fast delivery is important to you but like all Internet retailers we rely on commercial carriers and we rely on you to be available to accept courier deliveries.
Stock Availability
We carry a small stock and our active stock control system shows availability at the time you place an order. In the event we do not hold stock please email us for an estimated availability. If due to stock availability we are likely to miss the estimated dispatch date, we will let you know as soon as possible by email or phone.
Cancellation Policy
You have the right to cancel an order within 30 working days of receipt. You must return the goods to us in new and unused condition in line with our Returns Policy. For further details please see our Returns Policy.

Manufacturers Guarantees
We work with the manufactures to ensure their guarantees are honoured and we use best endeavours to resolve issues within the warranty period. We can only offer replacements parts or replacement goods when authorised by the manufacturer. Under no circumstances should goods be returned to us without prior approval.
Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of use or policies regarding the use of this Website at any time and to notify you by posting an updated version of the terms and conditions of use on this Website. It is your responsibility to check the most up to date version of these terms and conditions.
Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure to perform any of our obligations under these terms and conditions which is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control including, but not limited to any force majeure incident.
Waiver
Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the terms of use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by us in writing. We may terminate the Website with or without cause at any time. In addition, we, in our sole discretion, may terminate your Account for violation of the letter or spirit of these terms and conditions.
Newsletter and Targeted Advertising
When you buy from Magnetic Mobility and with your express authorisation we'll sign you up for our e-mail newsletter or SMS marketing, full of great news and special offers. These are only sent periodically so we won't be bombarding you with emails or texts! If you want to unsubscribe, you can at any time by clicking the 'unsubscribe link' of the newsletters we send you.
We may engage in Targeted Advertising which allows us to develop personalised advertising so that it directly relates to offers that may be of interest to you. Advertisements are placed so as to reach consumers based on various traits such as demographics and consumer behavioural variables (such as product purchase history). Targeted Advertising enables us to more easily determine user preferences and purchasing habits, so that ads will more pertinent and useful for the consumers. Magnetic Mobility Promotions
Magnetic Mobility reserves the right to withdraw promotional codes at any time. When running promotions on the website, we reserve the right to prevent the use of additional discount codes / vouchers. Products within promotions cannot be purchased in conjunction with any other offers.
Discount codes: You must redeem the discount code at the time of placing your order and make sure the discount code has been applied to your shopping basket before you complete your order. It is not possible to apply the discount retrospectively by us or you. 1 use per customer available only at magneticmobility.ie. Not valid with any other offer. All orders placed using discount codes are final.

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland and all disputes will be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish Courts.
