Magnetic Mobility are happy to offer return and exchanges to all our Irish customers with valid receipts.
Magnetic Mobility are sure that you will love your purchase, but if you don't, we will be more than happy to refund or exchange any item within a 30 day period.
Just complete the returns form which you can print off the online returns form here, send it back to us unworn and with all the brand packaging. A valid receipt must be included with your returns form.
All discounted sales are final. Discounted sales items are non-refundable.
Refunds cannot be issued on items that have been resized by anyone other that Magnetic Mobility.

Please ensure you send items securely packaged to Magnetic Mobility, as we will not accept liability for items lost or damaged in transit for return or exchange.
Magnetic Mobility seal our jiffy envelopes and postal boxes for additional security and reusing these envelopes or boxes is not recommended, as the security is compromised once opened.
Please note: We will not accept responsibility for the item until it has been delivered to us. Proof of postage is advisable and we would recommend you send the item by Registered Post.
All returns and exchanges will be processed within 7 working days in accordance with the terms and conditions on this page.
In the unlikely event that you receive an item which is faulty, is an incorrect item or an item has been damaged in transit, please email us within 7 days of receipt with your order number, and we will contact you to arrange how to send the item(s) back to us. Magnetic Mobility will offer exchange or repair for faulty items following the terms and conditions above. Magnetic Mobility will not process any requests for payment for fixing or re-sizing items by anyone other than Magnetic Mobility unless previously agreed upon in writing before the adjustments/repairs take place.
In order to keep our prices competitive, all returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable on returns.
Returned orders that received Free Shipping will have the originally waived shipping charges deducted from the return credit.
Exchanges will incur additional shipping and handling charges.
Return credit processing may take up to a maximum of 2-4 weeks.
Items that are not returned in their original packaging will not be refunded. Items that are returned without a valid receipt will not be refunded.
This warranty and return policy is NOT applicable to wholesale orders.
All discounted sales are final. Discounted sales items are non-returnable. Discount sales are defined by any sale price that is lower than the original published value of the item our our website at the time of purchase. Discount sale items include seasonal and end-of-line sale items.
Our stockists cannot accept returns by post, nor will they process refunds. The stockist will contact the customer services team to arrange for any refund.
Refunds will only be processed using the payment method used during the purchase. A valid receipt must be included with your returns/refund form.
Magnetic Mobility will not accept liability for incorrect address detail input during checkout. Any orders dispatched to an address incorrectly input by our customers will only be resent or refunded if the order is returned unopened by the postal service used for delivery, no refunds will be issued due to errors caused by end-users.
Magnetic Mobility are unable to replace items which are lost by the customer.
In the case where you wish to exchange part or all of your order, Magnetic Mobility will cover the cost of the first instance and add a charge at the published recorded delivery rate for any subsequent exchanges. A valid receipt must be included with your returns form. Magnetic Mobility publish a sizing chart on each product page to ensure the correct size of bracelet is ordered, if you ordered an incorect size Magnetic Mobility are not responsible for coving the cost of exchanges or returns. Where the new item is less expensive we will refund the difference. Where the new item is more expensive, please email us at email@example.com to arrange payment or tick the relevant box on the returns form, found HERE.
Earrings cannot be exchanged or refunded for online purchases due to hygiene reasons. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Exchanges cannot be made on items that have been resized by anyone other that Magnetic Mobility.
All returns and exchanges are done at customer's expense, unless agreed in advance with Magnetic Mobility or the item is deemed to have a manufacturing fault upon inspection.
Lost in post
Magnetic Mobility will deem an item lost in post once 30 working days (including Saturday) have passed following dispatch (in line with An Post policy). If your item has been lost in post, do not worry, we will stand by our commitment to you by either replacing the item(s) lost, or refunding your payment, whichever suits your individual circumstances.
International orders that are lost in post must wait until 60 working days have passed excluding the 5-7 working day delivery time, i.e. 35-37 working days following dispatch.
We require confirmation in writing that the item(s) have been lost in the post, you must advise Magnetic Mobility within 30 days of dispatch or we cannot consider a claim for lost in post. Magnetic Mobility are unable to replace items which are lost by the customer.
Free shipping is available to customers based in the Republic of Ireland or in Northern Ireland on orders above the value of €75.
