FREE Shipping on all orders within the Republic of Ireland.
Shipping for all other countries is calculated when you reach the checkout and enter your address.
You may see an express option at checkout which may cost more but this is optional. This price depends on your counrty.
Yes, all orders above €35 come with a tracking number. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.
If you don't recieve your confirmation email please check in your spam folder.
We dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days unless otherwise specified. (Please see Summer Holidays 2023 section). We use An Post for shipping.
Orders that require shipping within Ireland will usually be delivered within 1 to 3 working days of dispatch.
We ship to Ireland, UK, All European Countries, USA and Canada.
Due to COVID restrictions some countries may experience a delay in shipping. Please check with your local postal service that they are accepting deliveries from Ireland.
Returns
You can absolutely return your item to us, within 30 days after purchasing it, as long as it’s undamaged, unused and contained in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached. Please contact us first.

We don’t offer exchanges on items that have been worn or show any damage. If you’re unsure about sizes, we recommend ordering a re-sizing tool also. Unfortunately, exchanges cannot be made on items that have been resized by anyone other that Magnetic Mobility.
Please note that all discount sales are final. Discounted items are non-refundable or exchangable, this includes any orders that have used a discount code or automatic discount during sales.
Please contact our customer service team via customerservice@magneticmobility.ie. Providing the return is within the 30-day cancellation period and meets our return criteria, we will issue you with a return form by email. You need to print this off and attach it to the packaging of the product when returning it to us. You will need to arrange and pay for suitable packaging when returning an item.
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please take photos of the product in question and email our customer service team via customerservice@magneticmobility.ie with the details. We’ll respond within 48 hours.

We recommend that you measure the circumference of your wrist using a tape measure or a piece of string and then measure it on a ruler.
Measure the area of your wrist that you will wear the bracelet, for example just below your wrist bone.
Then add 1cm to this size and this is the size you should choose.

Please see our sizing guide here for copper bracelets. Our Copper Bracelets are easily mouldable and fit a variety of wrist sizes, therfore if you are buying a gift they can be adjusted by the person.

No they don't have to be worn tight, there are many different elements all around the bracelets, enough of the elements will always be in contact with your skin, even if the bracelet is a bit loose. It's a matter of choice, many people don't like to wear a bracelet too tight.
Questions about the bracelets
Yes, all of our jewellery can be worn in the shower. You may also wear it swimming, however we recommend that you wash the jewellery after swimming.
Copper bracelets are specifically designed for individuals with arthritis, back pain, and general aches and pains. Copper is a natural anti-inflammatory, and the magnets in the bracelet have been used for generations to assist with pain management. It's normal for copper to leave a green or black mark on the skin; this is a natural reaction and part of how copper works.

While there isn't specific research that directly links magnetic therapy with Carpal Tunnel Syndrome relief, we have received positive feedback from many customers who suffer from this condition and have found a measure of relief while wearing our magnetic therapy products.
Carpal Tunnel Syndrome is typically caused by the inflammation and swelling of tendons within the wrist, which can increase pressure within the joint. Some customers have reported that the increased circulation promoted by magnetic therapy may contribute to a reduction in this inflammation, which in turn might help alleviate some of the symptoms associated with Carpal Tunnel Syndrome.

If you have a Pacemaker you should not wear magnets. However, we can make your bracelet without the magnets. It will still have the other 3 elements, so you will still feel the benefits. If you would like to purchase one of our bracelets without the magnets, please leave a note at the Checkout to make your bracelet without magnets.

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at customerservice@magneticmobility.ie just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.
Sadly, we’re unable to modify your order once we’ve shipped it. We try to process orders the same working day where possible so if you need to change a size please contact us asap at customerservice@magneticmobility.ie.
If you need to order a greater quantity or an additional product, please place a new order online. If we haven't shipped your original order yet we will refund you the difference in shipping.
There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via customerservice@magneticmobility.ie we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed. If not, we’ll despatch your order and then you can return it to us if you wish upon receiving it.
If your discount code is not working please email us at
customerservice@magneticmobility.ie before placing your order. We cannot
add the discount code to orders already placed.
If you do not see a box to enter the discount code at the checkout, hit the
back button on your browser and apply it in the Shopping Cart.
