Certain bracelets are only offered in 2cm increments due to the approximate 2cm length of the links, and their sizes cannot be adjusted. If you require a size larger or smaller than those listed for other designs, please contact us directly.

Our copper bracelets and rings are designed to be worn continuously to maximise their benefits. If your bracelet becomes scratched or blemished, don't worry! These marks can easily be removed with a polishing cloth, brass polish, or by rubbing the bracelet with a mixture of lemon or lime rind and ashes.
We recommend avoiding frequent removal of your copper bracelet, as copper is a soft metal and repeated bending can weaken its integrity over time. Keep your bracelet on for a longer lifespan and better results.
It's also important to remember that copper jewellery, including our copper magnetic bracelets, may cause a green or black colouration on your skin and on the copper parts in contact with your skin. This is a natural oxidation process and completely normal. The colouration will typically wash off with soap and water, so there's no need to worry if you notice this happening.

- UPS Courier Service: Recommended especially for UK customers due to recent unreliability in UK postal services, and available for international orders. Please note that we may choose a different courier if they offer better delivery times for you.

Important Notes
- UPS Delivery Schedule: UPS does not deliver on December 24th and 25th. After December 20th, only express services will be delivering, but we use regular services unless expressly stated and arranged in advance. Please note that we may choose a different courier if they offer better delivery times for you.
- Transit Times: Courier services typically take 4-5 working days to arrive; however, please allow longer during busy holiday periods. Note that remote areas and Islands take longer.
- Additional Transit Time: From November 20, 2025, until January 12, 2026, deliveries sent with Courier Standard may require extra days in transit than those mentioned at checkout.
- Delivery Assurance: While we strive to ensure your package is delivered on time, once it leaves our premises, the delivery process is out of our control. During the holiday season, postal services experience a high volume of shipments. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
