Terms and Conditions for Christmas Special Offer 2024

This offer applies only during the specified promotional period:

  • Ireland / Europe (EUR): 4 December 2024 at 00:00 GMT to 25 December 2024 at 23:59 GMT.
  • Australia (AUD): 4 December 2024 at 00:00 Eastern Australian Time (Sydney) to 25 December 2024 at 23:59 Eastern Australian Time.
  • USA (USD): 4 December 2024 at 00:00 Central Standard Time to 25 December 2024 at 23:59 Central Standard Time.
  • Canada (CAD): 4 December 2024 at 00:00 Central Standard Time to 25 December 2024 at 23:59 Central Standard Time.
  • UK (GBP): 4 December 2024 at 00:00 GMT to 25 December 2024 at 23:59 GMT.

Eligibility Criteria:

  1. Qualifying Spend Thresholds:

    • Ireland/Europe: Spend over €80 or €160 to qualify for gifts.
    • Australia: Spend over $180 or $250 AUD to qualify for gifts.
    • USA: Spend over $140 or $210 USD to qualify for gifts.
    • Canada: Spend over $150 or $220 CAD to qualify for gifts.
    • UK: Spend over £70 or £140 GBP to qualify for gifts.

  2. Free Gifts (while stocks last):

    • First Tier: Customers can choose between Angelica Star Magnetic Stud Earrings or a Feverfew Copper Ring.
    • Second Tier (higher spend): Angelica Star Magnetic Necklace.

  3. Substitutions:
    Free gifts are available while supplies last. We reserve the right to substitute the advertised gift with an item of equal or greater value if necessary.

Returns and Refunds:

  1. Non-Returnable Items:
    Due to health and hygiene regulations, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.

  2. Return of Free Gifts:

    • If returning purchased items reduces the total value below the qualifying spend amount for the free gift, the following conditions apply:
      a. The free Angelica Star Necklace must be returned in its original, unused condition.
      b. If the necklace is not returned, its full retail value will be deducted from your refund.
    • For refunds where earrings were provided as a free gift, the earrings’ retail value will also be deducted since they cannot be returned.

  3. Refund Adjustments:

Exclusions:

  1. This offer cannot be combined with other discounts, coupons, or promotions.
  2. Gift cards are not eligible for this promotion.

Non-Transferable:

This offer is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.

Customer Agreement:

By participating in this promotion and accepting the free gift(s), customers agree to the following:

  • The terms and conditions of this promotion.
  • Refund adjustments as outlined above.
  • All other terms in our standard Returns Policy.

Additional Terms:

  1. Magnetic Mobility reserves the right to amend or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.
  2. Orders placed during the promotional period but cancelled or unfulfilled due to payment issues will not qualify for the free gifts.
  3. This promotion is only available for orders placed online at MagneticMobility.ie and is not valid for purchases made at in-person events or through stockists.
  4. In case of disputes, Magnetic Mobility’s decision shall be final.
